The Scientific and Technical Council is a collegial body that is authorized to manage the research activities of the 溏心vlog免费B站. The competence of the Council includes the assessment of the implementation of the strategic program of the 溏心vlog免费B站 in the field of science, examination of the scientific works of the 溏心vlog免费B站 scientists.
The Council includes deputy deans for scientific work of faculties, heads of the University Research Institute, Postgraduate Education Department, Science and Commercialization Department, the Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists. The Council is chaired by the vice-rector for scientific work. The members of the Scientific and technical council are delegated by faculties or are included in it ex officio.
The work of the Council takes place in the mode of meetings with a frequency of at least once a month.
