The Department of Quality Assurance and Risk Assessment of 溏心vlog免费B站 Buketov University had organized and conducted the series of training workshops on the topic of “Risk identification, analysis and assessment” from 13 to 17 January, 2022. The purpose of the workshops was to train the structural divisions’ employees of the 溏心vlog免费B站 in risk management within the framework of the risk management implementation to the business processes of 溏心vlog免费B站 Buketov University.
The questions of risk identification, analysis and assessment have been discussed during the workshops. Employees of structural divisions had the opportunity to get acquainted with such methods of risk management as PESTLE-Analysis, "Bow Tie", etc. and put these methods into practice in the teams.
