The festival takes place in Berlin, Germany from May 4 to June 30, 2024. The founders of the Festival are Galerie ARS PRO DONO (Berlin) and Weinhaus TSINAPARI (Tempus-Berlin GmbH). Artists from the countries of the Post- Soviet space (Georgia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, etc.) and Eastern Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, etc.) take part in the Festival. At the qualifying stage, the Jury selected paintings by 50 artists.
